It was a close finish at Bangor with Ballycool hitting the front after the last and just being passed by a fast finishing Peter Bowen horse. Still, this was a good return to form for Paul and Margaret Winnell's ten year old who has been leading some of the schooling at Kilduff this week. He seems to like Bangor and we will likely return there for more chases for him.

There was more schooling this morning when we jumped some of our chasers over the fences. Having her first try of the chase fences was Haul Us In; she was very good for a debutante and will have a few more sessions before her novice chase, likely at Hexham in a few weeks. Aso jumping the chase fences were OrionInverness, Miss Joeking, and Rising Marianbard. Jumping the brush hurdles were Templenaboe and Momkinzain who gave Becky her first shot of schooling.

And we have a name change! Zezaal who has been purchased by the Champagne Charlies Club will race under the name 'Parker'. He is on his second week cantering and this well bred three year old is starting to shape up.
