Onwards To Hexham

Onwards to Hexham with a couple of old favourites and a good second season chaser.

Rivabodiva makes her seasonal debut in a mares two and a half mile hurdle. She will love the going and, for this stage in the season, the two and a half mile trip is probably ideal. She is a tough girl when on song and she seems in good heart at home.

Forest Des Aigles heads into new territory over two and a half miles and while he is another who should be fine on the going he may be sharper for this outing. He is one of Derek's favourites and it would be good to see him start the season well.

Finally, Bescot Springs returns to a favourite track with young Thomas Willmott claiming weight off him. He has shaped up a lot for his comeback run and loved his schooling this morning. While twelve years old he has plenty of enthusiasm left and it would be good for him to run well for his owners the Kelso Members Lowflyers.
